Their new server has all of the groups, previously it had a limited amount.

Speeds max my broadband out. I get around 1.25 MB/s

I can't comment on retention as I download stuff fairly quickly.

It's included in the price of broadbands so no extra charge.

No download limits that I've ever seen.

with newshosting i get a steady 1780 kbs or so on grabit, using the virgin media i was hitting 2200 on the xbox games last night.
