problem with bitmetv and TR

I have seedbox access but I can not download any thing on it from TR and bitmetv and other trackers work fine.
on my computer both TR and bitmetv work without problem.
what is the problem please ?
also what is th solution ?

on TR did you enter your seedbox IP under the security section ... also i had to set recognition from IP to trusted zone

bitmetv has number of clients allowed, check FAQ to make sure yours is in there.

You'll have to be very specific and tell us what client you're running on your seedbox. BitMeTV keeps very up-to-date with the latest BT clients and you are usually required to run the latest stable version of any client. You can also visit the support irc chan.

I'm not familiar with utorrent at all. You need to be using utorrent 1.6.1, 1.6.0, or 1.7.7. All other versions are not permitted.

bitmetv is blocking some ips (for cheaters anyway) They telling if you will rent a seed box come on ırc and say hello we will want to help you i love this comunity :whistling:
