Well, at least he collect accounts, because is always looking for more and more, and also he steals speed tests from another members, he used a lot of ISPs as speedtests (aka stolen speedtests).

Anyway, if he want to giveaway i don't see where is the problem, if is what he want leave him alone to see what he will do in the future.:shifty:
