U are asking way to much man,and this shouldn t be like that if u know the true fst comunity..U have to be active.share what u have with others,helpfull and then request at least one of these sites :)
Only higher than level4 --this line sounds u are a colector ..
If you will search more closely u ll find out great trackers that are above level 4 :)

man he is right , in almost every request and GA , u post good luck , and nice give away , etc . which sometimes pissed many ppl . being active here does not mean to spam here . although the way he said was bad , but it is a established fact that u r a collector , u like to make requests in GA a lot . that definitely counts bad on u . this is just an advice . consider it
