Removing Programs In Windows Xp

Hi! How do I remove those programs that gets installed automatically with Windows XP, such as Windows Messenger and Movie Maker? I can't find their entries in the Add/Remove menu (only programs installed after have entries there). Windows Components menu doesn't have their entries either. Can someone help?

messenger IS in the windows components, its the last on the list and use cleansweep to uninstall movie maker. :)
