I think he is not a cheater & it's normal if u have a good seedbox & it depends on the number of the leechers too.

Look at the rate that everyone downloaded. He is obviously the fastest seeder on the torrent becuase everyone was downloading at 5MB+

look at the time connected, when you have a really nice seedbox and even a few minutes up on others with seedboxes averaging 3.52 mb/s is entirely possible and i doubt the guy cheats but you could always just tell the staff there about it.
