I think it's come kind of an error. A less destructive version of which CZONE faced few days back.

It's not in use, all the downloads at fantasticsuperclub are FTP or public torrent.

every one is an uplaoder in that tracker, may be its just a rip off of the original tracker "fsc" gone bad

Its not a bug. The tracker is running for members which want to upload content for FSC users only.
