Is this not IE in uber secure mode?
Go and install firefox [http://getfirefox.com]
or learn how to disable all the security shite with internet explorer

COntrol Panel > Add/Remove Progs > Windows Components > IE suepr secuiry stuff.
Then you'll want to tweak the security level in IE.

It may not actually be porn. I've seen a pack called h"ot chicks pack" that just starred some of Hollywood's hottest actresses. The name still could cause a filter to pick it up though.
