I am from the UK and over the last 1-2 weeks I have been unable to log into my account. "The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

Has anyone else having the same problem ?

MY ISP is VM cable. Maybe it's possible they are blocking me ??

I did a tracert and here is the result:

Have the same problem. Times out after 62.121.132.210 from ovh(france)also. And from my home isp, same thing. A while ago ,a friend in the US had the same issue, couldn't access it for a few weeks. Then everything returned to normal,no explanation why. Their irc help said they were blocked by his isp, seems there's more to it.

It's a routing problem. These things happen from time to time with every isp, they'll have a dodgy router that needs fixing - tell them about it. In the meantime you can probably get a different route by going through a public proxy (such as navydog.com) and connect that way. It's not intentional blocking.
