do they allow utorrent? are there any hidden minimum 3 month contract rules? good speeds?

Amazing speeds, and no 3-month contract, you decide how many months you want.
I used rTorrent over there for 4 months, but if you wanna use utorrent, go ahead, they don't check what you have on your server, it says so in their policy, so your safe ;)

Yes they allow torrents, no there is no hidden minimum sign up period and speed wise I've hit 11mbs upload and download and the FTP speed is one of the best around also.

how long do they take to set up your sever?

If it's in stock then it say's it should be setup within 24 hours but if it's not in stock it "can" take up to 2 weeks.

there are tons of servers at vectoral right now. the service is pretty much wide open, so have at it.

i might consider getting a vectoral box when my ovh one runs out after reading this
