This (http://www.womankind.org.uk/)is a good place to look if you want to help girls like this. Among other things they work to educate girls and women as to their rights within the legal structure and culture they live in. Often there are laws that protect them but because they are illiterate and uneducated they don't know about them and suffer silently.
