The scenario is this:
One PC is broadcasting webcam out to the internet. It is going through a home network, just a basic router setup. Is there a way to capture the stream from a second PC on the network through software? I heard a rumor that routers (certain ones I’m sure) can also perform a similar task but this second method doesn't seem as concrete or believable. Any thoughts/ideas?
