i'm stock on mission 2 on Crysis:
what do i have to do in order to destroy these 2 trunks?

I think you need a missile launcher .
Don`t recall the mission completely but i think you will find missile launcher in a school there.

bottom floor of that school, there be a room with lots of rocket launchers.

and there are rocket launchers at the gas station
