Need help for making a blog..

Hey guys ,

Just had an idea of making a blog..

I have NO programming or blogging knowledge.
Dont want to spend a single penny right now..

Would prefer a seperate FREE domain if possible..So please suggest about the hosting too.. something like Blah (http://www.xxxxx.blogspot.com/) is NOT what I need

If in future,if it picks up, would like to add limited discussion scope..

Right now have heard of worldpress and blogger..
but have never tried them..

I know there are many pro-bloggers here..so please help me out..

blogger is ok, and if you create a site later you can redirect to it from your blog
