most linux programs are free so they're easily available through google...
what kinda proggie are you looking for ?

Probably like Cedega and Crossover I assume?
SCC has a couple of Linux proprietary programs available, and so do public trackers, but as Raban said, most are already open source so not much you can torrent there...

//EDIT: Just found out one of them is the Fedora Torrent Tracker, and two give me network errors, and one dosen't have torrents yet :(
Seems that Linux Tracker is still the only one...

:) but the best one is LinuxTracker, and for Download Distros use http://distrowatch.com/ The have a lot of Download Links for almost every distro :)

I distro hop alot so Distro Watch is pretty useful. Although most of the time, I can't find it on LinuxTracker :( At least new releases get upped there, with good speeds :)
