I have been trying to skip rapidshare download limit as well as wait time.

javascript:alert(c=0) (http://javascript%3Cb%3E%3C/b%3E:alert%28c=0%29)

or

javascript:var c=0; (http://javascript%3Cb%3E%3C/b%3E:var%20c=0;)

pasting either of those in addressbar and hitting enter seems to remove the wait time but rapidshare gives me a javascript warning =/

Meanwhile, i have tried downloading files via proxy but the rapidshare download box does not popup when i am behind proxy

So, i tried CMS grabber (to skip download limit of course) but most of the proxies on that one don't work either ;(

I read following in a site:

1. Request new IP address from ISP (for dynamic IP address Internet users only)

Click Start -> Run
Type cmd in the Open box, then click OK.
At the command prompt, run the following commands one by one:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit

Try to download from RapidShare again.
Note: It’s possible to put all the commands above into a batch file and simply run the batch file to complete the IP changing process. To create the batch file, use Edit in command prompt or Notepad, copy and paste the above commands into the editor, and save the file with extension of .bat or .cmd (for Notepad, change the File Type to All File too).

has anyone tried it? does it work? it seems too much of work though

Anyway, is there a working way to skip download limit and wait time for RS?

thanks in advance!

P.S. I am not gonna buy RS Premium so don't advice that :P

Do you have a dynamic ip? if yes is easy: cryptload +anti captcha and automated router reconnect.

if not try this:

http://anonymouse.org/cgi-bin/anon-www.cgi/
put the rapidshare link after.. work only for few persons but work don't ask me why.

Yeah if you have dynamical IP you can just change the IP and the limit is gone, because the limited IP is no longer yours.

Dynamic IP means that every time you logon to your provider's network, the management would randomly give you one of the available addresses in the pool. So after reconnecting, you will most likely have a different one.

There's pretty much no way to get around it(besides dynamic ip), that I've found at least. And I've been searching for a few months now.

Looks like the sure way is just to bite the bullet and pay for a premium account.

Most people have static IPs (myself included), so that way is patched for us. :/ I just normally don't download off of RapidShare anymore, because I couldn't find a way to bypass it at all (researched a lot).

This site is nice but only lets you download 10 files a day. That's still way better than the usual wait time.

Do you use cable for internet access?
I heard DSL often has dynamic, Cable often static - at least for my region.

when u get the javascript error either press f5/reload or what has worked for me is to put the cursor into the addy bar at the end of the url and pressing enter - after which it lets one download, i've been using Firefox 2.x to do this and it works fine.
