I'm Going To Make Icons

For kazaa lite but i don't know what program i should use i have one called iconeasel 98 i didnt know what section to put this in software or development so anyway to the point any suggestions for programs to create icons?

Try using Axialis IconWorkshop (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail.php3?fid=1025546188) or Microangelo (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail.php3?fid=1002971360) (recommended).

Alternatively, you could use Paint Shop Pro (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail.php3?fid=945284156) but this is harder as everything is more manual.

Edit: What icons were you thinking of making? New desktop icons?

god dam i having so many problems with Microangelo , i can't make book mark icons for shit, they always come out in shit quality..

They should be 16x16. Make the image in photoshop first and then import it into microangelo, you will get way better results.


Also some images may be too detailed to look good in 16x16.

i would reccomed irfanview to do the converting of the files to *.ico
instead of using that program you are talking about and then using a drawing program to make the drawings
