Only member can donate to get invitation and I just verify and its always 20euro.

no one is going to pay 20 euros to invite a stranger unless they have a motive like you did him a favor our its a friend .
Also if you invite someone and he get baned , you might get banned too.
And there is a rule in Sct telling u to dont offer invites in forums and sites
