yeah, didn't d/l it cause I got the dvd, but it's out there. I think it's in SVCD format unless someone reencoded it. Just search for Haggard SVCD.

i got haggard off emule recently (not enough sources ob kazaa)

the movie is a seroius one but its a comedy, but no stunts or anything, still worth seeing
