I Need Help!

some dumbass in my family has fucked up my pc, after 5-10 mins on startup i get a message that is has its forces to shut down and its pisssing me off!!

heres the message! i get

THis system is shutting down.please save all work in progress and log off. any unsaved changes will be lost. this shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\System.

-Message-
windows must now restart because the remote procedue call{rpc} service terminated unexpectidly. and i get a count down of 1 min.......plz help i dont know what to do, i i cant access and instant messengers or anything..plz help

and when i try to uninstall some files, says sumthin about windows safe modei have no clue what that means plz help :(

Sorry don't know the answer. But after you fix it, password protect or lock your desktop. Then it'll never happen again. GL.
