Midi Files

i have just got an IrDa adaptor for my PC, and am gonna upload some ringtones. i found a great site with loads on http://www.johnnyyu.com but, the software I got for my Nokia 7210 needs the original midi file, and not the "mmf" file that you download from this site...can anyone help me? i need either an upload manager for Nokia 7210 or an mp3 to midi converter

please help :(





btw: sorry if this should be in softwareworld, or even hardware...its kinda hard to guess sometimes :P
