Utorrent dont work on seedbox

I have a Hosting-IE seedbox, running windows 2003 enterprise.

I can start Utorrent, but only for a few seconds, then is closes :(

I have tried meny things, but no success.
Also tried a couple of other clients, which all works but is not even close as good as utorrent is. I really want to use utorrent on it! :)

Anyone heard if it's maybe hosting-ie who blocks something so I cant use utorrent?

Anyone know any other ways to use utorrent besides the normal way in windows.

Someone told me to install Winsock2 to get it working, what is that? :P

Anyway, all ideas are apriciated :)

try renaming utorrent.exe to something else... like some random chars.exe

Maybe try downloading a different version and seeing if it works? Like if your using 1.7.7 try 1.8 ?

Tried renaiming it and I've tried 3 diffirent versions of it :(

I don't know any solution except you'll probably find much more hope in the utorrent forums, but you could try another client until you fix utorrent?

dude click utorrent.exe not shortcut if this not work download which version (ex 1.7)you use and click it dont delete ex version(ex 1.7)

Since this is a seedbox, an obvious question hasn't been asked, is there more than one instance of utorrent running, i.e. are you sharing the seedbox with someone else and they are using utorrent on a different IP ?

i have hosting-ie with the same windows as yours and i installed utorrent with no problem at all.

upgrade your VDS to Rebtor Plus
then all will works fine

those Standart Rabtors with virtuozzo packages are not designed to be used as an seedbox

My uTorrent works fine too @ hosting ie.

Well, I hope you at least tried rebooting the box first and if that didn't work reinstalling utorrent. Beyond that and I'd just send a support ticket or something.
