Cubase 4??

Anyone know if there is anyone out there working on a solid version of Cubase 4?? I am hoping to try before I buy, to see if the upgrade's new features actually make it worth it.

Everything I have read, leads me to believe that this is not going to happen.

I hope that is not true. Has anyone heard anything..
