I was mostly in London.

Caught the 6.15 to Stansted and train and tube to Westminster. Tube was murder on the Circle/District line and took three goes before I was near enough to the front to squeeze on.

Journey home was bang on time for all the bits :01: what's the chances of that?

Now knackered as I have been up since 4.00

Looked like a lovely day but saw very little of it as I was stuck in a Finance conference :( where it was suggested that Finance is sexy :ermm:

Ok my turn....

Today, I completely failed at something in the same way I have failed almost a dozen times, and I have finished being crushed and am now MAD. I mean, what more must I do? I've tried almost everything. I will get it working......eventually....it's just playing hard to get. I think it should accept that it can't refuse me forever and just give it up, but it thinks differently. Jesus, it's becoming my Moby Dick :fist:.

Squeams, that would have been so much better for me if you'd ended the post with 'Call me Ishmael from now on'

True story. Not Moby Dick- my post, like.

:ermm: I did what most Londoners appear to do - I spent most of the the day commuting.

JP Yup - new bods wanted me to attend their annual Finance conference. It wasn't too bad actually.

Look. There's Les admitting he thinks Finance is interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if next year he brought out a Les calendar. Complete with G string and calculator.

Yeah but in this mad age of political correctness we won't be allowed to proudly display it in the lounge in case it makes all the other fellas feel inadequate. Except Mulder, naturally.

We still haven't seen conclusive evidence that Biggles would erm 'outweigh' mulder. Photographic evidence is needed.
