what you mean saying is fast?
this browser using same memory ram like fox
and you have only one option enter the site name and click enter,
thats it,
a very nice idea should be to make it to not use that kinda memory
fox using 30mb at first running yours 40
fox can arrive to 130mb ram
i dont know about yours
it should be like the difference in azureus and utorrent
there is a huge difference of memory usage

It's just using some windows functions to call IE in a form you've built, maybe VB or Delphi (didn't have time to check), but good work tho

If only someone had pointed that out when it was relevant, say on 09-06-08, it might have saved a couple of muppets the time spent downloading it.

Apparently, none of you spammers have noticed this is just a reduced-functionality version of IE.

What we need is a browser that works in a zip file. That also has working java and flash preinstalled. And is also able to store cookies and page data. (also proxy settings)

I use a zipped browser now to bypass access restrictions, but it has such limited functionality.

Except for the Java part, I have made a portable Opera that can do that if you run it directly off the flashdrive (not sure what you mean by working "in a ZIP file").

If you run an exe within a ziped archive, you can usually bypass access restrictions on windows.

I have portable firefox with the whole setup, but it won't run from within a zipped archive. I have found one called avant browser that does though.
In your opera portable file, is it just one exe? Or does it call on .dll? If its only one exe it may work.

Avant browser in a zipped file can not save any data though. It will not let you sign on to any site, it will not let you save pictures, open javascripts, or flash.

I think I have one Opera with Java, Flash and QT in one exe, I'll look for it

No, it's a zipped one with multiple files.

I think yes.
Does this mean it can bypass the method where you prevent access to "Program Files", or the Anti-Executable thingy.. I think it worth trying.. off I go to my VirtualBox

No you can explore a zip archive within windows explorer. It just wont extract it.
I don't extract it... I run the exe from within the zipped archive.

This does bypass access restrictions to exe files.

Well, it didn't work for me..
Running exe from within a zipped archive didn't bypass the exe resections I had.

Thats pretty cool. You should get together with the guys making http://www.whitix.org/ and see if you can be their default browser. Now that would be awesome.
