I think you must be a member of 100 weeks for get invite:huh:

"At the beginning of a month the system adds up to 2 invitations to each account in good standing with a ratio of 0.8 or higher that is older than 100 days and has uploaded more than 10 GB. You need not invite anybody, but you will not get more invitations unless you do. Uploaders are treated preferentially."

16 weeks is not enough, by rules, invites are given at the beginning of the month after 100 days on site :)
