How Do I Stop These Dam Spams..which Program

my spam e,mail,s have gone up from 20 to 180 a day...help
how can i stop them!...which is the best program to use...!

da best thing 2 do is have 2 email addresses 1 4 personal use and da other 1 4 regerstering 4 forums and bying things on da net. u will find out dat all da viagra and penis inlargement spam goes 2 ur seconds address and not ur personal 1. remember do not give out ur personal e mail address 2 any web page dat requsets it all u will get is SPAM

That is the best solution but I don't care about the spam, I just delete it without reading it. I only read an email if I reconize the name or something like that.

The other day I made a new account and signed off the internet straight away. When I went re-connected a couple of hours later I signed straight onto my new account and I had 2 spam :blink: what's happening there?!

There are a number of tests you can perform, including a spam test.
