Mirc being blocked by firewall?

I've just installed ZoneAlarm Security Suite and ForceField ..
i've setup the firewall etc etc...
still my mirc is still blocked
i've added it to the exclusion list but still is blocked
how can i fix this without removing ZoneAlarm software ~!~
