utorrent ip ban

I wanna ban some ips on utorrent like bitcomet but there is no potion :S like bitcomet and ı search and find "ipfilter.dat" like this but this is banning some crap ips like who sending invalid data ... and it is automatic .
I wanna some personel ip ?? if there is no option on utorrent like bitcomet can ı use a app for this and if possible it should be use on seedbox

The ipfilter.dat is the only mechanism available in utorrent to block IP addresses.

the format is...

starting ip - ending ip , AccessLevel, label

010.035.097.104 - 034.206.056.196 , 000 , New Filter

ok mate i search deeply and find :D ipfilter.dat can block one ip if you want ...
only should edit "ipfilter.dat" with notepad and write ip:port and after this reload at utorrent :D
