Hello i just have this seedbox and i tried to set an ftp following this guides

I think i did the right settings but when i tried to connect on ftpcute it says user or pass incorrect. But im preety sure i wrote the right pass and user in fileilla on the server and on ftpcute.. I need someone to set it up for me if possible pls...:unsure:
