early to mid 90's rap was great...

Dr. Dre had The Chronic
Snoop Doggy Dogg w/ Doggystyle
Ice Cube's Death Certificate
Da Lench Mob
Geto Boys - We Can't Be Stopped & Til Death Do Us Part
Public Enemy - Fear Of A Black Planet & Apocolypse 91: The Empire Strikes Black

some other good stuff:
Radiohead
311 - Music (their only good album, IMO)
Beck - Mellow Gold
Rage Against The Machine (The Self-Titled Album, really the only one I ever liked)
Pulp Fiction & Natural Born Killers Soundtracks
Nine Inch Nails (Pretty Hate Machine, etc.)
The Flaming Lips (back when Ronald was in the band...they were fuckin wild!)

I forget alot of the 90's.... ;)
