Well, if you live in Europe or Quebec, you can get some pretty sweet servers from OVH (http://www.ovh.co.uk/products/dedicated_offers.xml) ;)
Other than that, you can always try Hosting-IE (http://hosting-ie.com/content/view/15/48/), which sells worldwide.

Both have unlimited bandwidth so that's good and those are my top 2 recommendations ;)

for OVH think that you must from UK or France.

i wouldnt say ovh is the best lol they are good for torrenting because everyone else has them...so you get alot of internal bandwidth but their peer connectivity outside of that isnt that great...
