Read their FAQ, search for the word blacklisted.

What port is your bt client using now?

And if you don't how to tell by giving us the name of BT Client we could tell you were to look.

DKedit: and I am going to assume that you probably will be un-connectible, so I would suggest you go to http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm and look for your router model# and follow that guide so that you will have a better experience using BT.

A nice little diagram of why having your ports forwarded is important can be found at the link below. :)

You're in Pedro's and don't know how to change ports? That's a first. If you're using uTorrent, press ctrl+G and change it there.

uTorrent...
I'm getting the error message "Port 37844 is blackisted", so probably i have 37844 XDD
And on seedbox is 46175

CTRL+G isn't working :( changed it but nothing happened.

Then go to Options->Speed Guide

Make sure your new port is forwarded, then reboot, even turning off your router & re-powering back up, then recheck your new port is correctly forwarded & working.

CTRL+G isn't working :( changed it but nothing happened.

So are you saying that you manged to change the port or do you mean that when you hit CTRL+G nothing happened and if so then make sure that Utorrent is the active window application by clicking anywhere on Utorrent before hitting CTRL+G and then do the command an it should bring up the speed guide window.

If you changed the port and you are still getting a blacklisted message from that site then I would suggest you go post in there forums and ask what range of ports they allow to be used on there site and use one of those.

All I can say is that Pedro´s is as much good tracker as hard to connect properly.
I always got that message or another one that said
no/erroneous BT client listening or misconfigured router and I use the ports they say.
Even though I have had no problems seeding...
