Im pretty sure it is open, you just have to be a higher userclass to get invited to it

Well, it is an IRC channel, but I don't know wtf it is because I'm not that big into TC. My guess is that is some sort of VIP chat room.

I don't think it will be open for regular users ever. Currently it's restricted to TehFanatic and up (more than 75 GB uploaded and a ratio higher than 1.05)

It's basically an IRC channel that compares pre-times of different trackers. Shows you what tracker comes out with what first.

#tracers is a room where you can see the times releases are uploaded on diffrent sites. its basicly to see which site pres the fastest or the slowest.

im sure you could get your questions about TC's irc channels answered in our forums faster than asking here, no?
