How to schedule rapidshare downloads?

Hey all,
Just bought myself a rapidshare account. I have peak and off peak download limits and was wondering if there is such a program that will allow me to set links to download at a certain time. Example, commence at 1am and stop at 7am (my off-peak period).

I have searched google, just got a load of pages with spam on hacking rapidshare and what not.

I think FlashGet can schedule downloads as well.
