I have 1 invite, going out to the best qualified person.
To ensure integrity, the following is required:
2 Ratios from least a level 3 tracker, each with the time in GMT (See WIAW (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/f-bittorrent-invites-90/t-what-trackers-worth-with-reviews-and-ratings-298328))
A Speedtest, with the time
You are also encouraged to post anything else that would improve your qualifications for the invite.
Anyone who doesn't meet the two requirements won't be considered.
