Mp4 Player Help

I have a problem with my mp4 player......I tried to update it's firmware....For this, i used "Mp3 Player Upgrade Tool"....i followed every step how it's wrote in the user's manual.....but now my mp4 player screen remains all the time white.....i can't hear music, i can't do nothing with it....Does anyone knows what i have to do to fix this problem?

did you check if you used the correct firmware version for you mp4 player?
