its closed register only invits in db is hard to get invite and the register is close , i thing its shold be in level 3 or 4 .

Like tracker rating actually matter. They are complete BS but can occasionally be useful. A tracker can be rated based on one's tastes so just because a tracker is a level 2 or 3 doesn't mean its not better than a 5 or 6 to you.
