sorry guys but i didnt know where to put this.
I wanna set up a website but am unsure where to start.
What tools will i need to create it?
Where can i go to get it hosted (preferably free)?
If this is in the wrong place, move it. sorry mods.

to create: microsoft frontpage or Dreamweaver MX
host: geocities.com is free

Php powered web portals. Opensouce so its all free. Just make sure you or your host has mysql and php support. :)
