I very much doubt you will get any sort of reaction here at FST from an FTN rep, they (he even) hardly ever comes here any more and his PM box is prob full again - so he can't send PMs anyway.

If, as you say, you are not banned, than as jambo ^^ says, use the irc and do a one-on-one convo there.
