Robert Carlisle, apparently. But not until 2010.

That regeneration thing is a bluff imo. They've already shot the Christmas special and Tennant is in it, like.

You say that now, but who will do all the cooking once we've ticked them off?

I reckon this could be good. The actress who played his "daughter" in the one episode would be a good start.

They will, but they'll be slamming cupboards as they do.

You know, the one he met in the library?

There has already been a female Doctor Who.

Granted, it was in one of the myriad audio dramas produced by the BBC and it's not canon, but it has happened. It was Arabella Weir off of The Fast Show doing the voice in a 'What If' kinda thing back in 2003.

It was called Exile. True story. So there.

From my mum? No ways. I need her.

What if my shoe-laces became undone or something else? I'd be fucked.

I went to a doctor who exhibition on Brighton pier once.

It was rubbish, but it was better than the Star Trek exhibition in London.

So there.

Next time they should try someone who isn't old as the hills and/or fat.

Yeah but it was AUDIO, Snny so that doesn't really matter, like, you loon.

There was another female Doctor Who.

It was Joanna Lumley in a Children In Need one-off spoof which preceded the aforementioned.

There's also rumours of a forthcoming female Doctor (fnar) but the Beeb are cautious cos they think it may alienate the young male fan-base. True story.
