Sev7n or Silence of the Lambs.
For older movies you can't beat The Third Man,Psycho,The Lodger or North by Northwest.

Phonebooth was surprisingly fantastic. It was full of suspense from top to bottom.

phonebooth is one of the best movie i've watched. its a very nice movie with great actors. those who have not watch it. go for it... :)

I think Se7en is seriously flawed (more here- post#1623) (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/f-movies-tv-18/t-what-latest-movie-you-watched-131823/page28/?) - all the more disappointing because of the potential not realized.

I'd offer up Wait Until Dark and Marathon Man as better thrillers.

Forgot about Marathon Man.Great movie makes my teeth hurt just thinking about it.

Sadly never seen the original Wait Until Dark.Saw a poor TV remake with Stacy Keach or someone once.
I'll see if I can find a copy of the original.

Wait Until Dark has one of those moments when the entire theater audience gasps and jumps.
I suppose we were all much less jaded in 1967 but I still remember that reaction.

I won't say it's the best I've seen, but The Strangers has stayed with me for months. That one scared the crap out of me.
