Monitor Woes

Hi I have a 17 in. envision monitor i got free...it runs fine for like 3 minutes,then starts shaking and goes to a white line across screen....any hope for this thing?

Your vertical has gone out. That is to say why the picture has actually shrunk from the top and bottom.

It probably has at least a 1 year parts & labor warranty. A lot of monitors come with a 3 year warranty. So check into that first. Typically though, you'll be told to ship it to them and they will exchange it.
