Hello, I wanted to ask what is the best tracker for older movies (the years is from ~2000) (not DVD quality) but xvid would enough.
Thanks :)

Karaguga & Cinemageddon are the established ones.
TC & PTN are the newcomers up & coming.
Plenty of others too, it's not which is the best one, it boils down to which one you like most and settle down with that best suits your needs in the end, and that is a personal choice.

As well as all the other suggestions TTi has a nice selection of xvids but it's even better for DVD-R's but you might find it difficult to get in there so tehconnection is a good choice for now as it's still open signups there for now

Yes, Karagraga is the best in it's class. But quite hard to seed..
But only you can say which one you think/like best.

If you want classic movies that are more than 25 years old then KG is a great tracker. However, your post mentioned older than 2000. That is not that old.
Try goem (most organized movie tracker) or Cinemageddon (for rare/bad movies).

Like everyone said, KG. But there's this small tracker I'm on called Smoking in The Rain (SiTR) that also has a lot of old movies. tehconnection.eu is also an up and coming tracker that still has open signups.

Karagarga and Cinematik are very good
KG is the best for classic, rare, non Hollywood movies. But its hard to seed.
For "from ~2000" Hollywood release try tehconnection or demonoid
