i got this when i click on invite link i got another invite 2days ago and i had the same problem
and their irc channel is dead, they are not responding

It seems they mislabeled their input forms.

I'm too lazy to actually go to the signup page to check the source, but perhaps one of the input boxes should be a spot for your email. Not positive on that, though.
