hi
i formatted my hd about a month ago from a fresh install instead of installing ME then xp
my @ is in place of my " key and non of my uk specific keys work.
ow do i change this setting?

look for regional settings somewhere in the control panel

wow that was quick.
i realy need a fix tho cuz its driving me nuts. i havent got a pound key and all my keys are in the wrong place :angry:

ive neen in the regional settings and nothing can be done. all settings say im in the uk but my KB says other

is it a dell or hp that requires drivers? some brands of keyboards also need specific drivers

goto control panal >regional>languages>details>english uk>ADD
delete english us.apply>close.will change on reboot :P

lol ive got nothing against the us and i quiet like our allies across the pond :lol:
but after 5 years of learning where all the keys are its a bit annoying for all the keys to be moved around
