24/fps?

You know when you make a svcd mpeg in that TMPG program you have 3 choices
Ntsc: 29.97
PaL:25
Ntsc Film: 29.97

so uhh which do i pick? I got like a ntsc dvd player. and my FPS is 24

It matters where u live or on your player or both because if u live like france europe, out of the U.S. basically it's a pal country U.S. is NTSC unless your dvd player can support it (like mine :D ) but most likely NTSC is what u want.
