even you changed the email and password he can send the paypal transaction id to rapidshare and they will give him his account back

Yeah but then dont give disabled accounts, or the accounts that you cheated on while trading. Something like that happened to me, i got disabled, anyway got my rapidshare back, if u trade accounts, high likely you will get banned or disabled... but some doesnt care since they know their way around to avoid detection by the tracker
