I have a HP PSC 1402 All-In-One Printer, when i switch on the printer, the test page print comes automatically, i even reinstalled the drivers but also same thing happens, i even removed the usb cable which is connected printer to PC and tried connecting only power adapter to the printer, then also the same process repeats

I was having same problem with my epson printer but after downloading SSC utility. It got fixed:). Hope there are some such utility associated with HP printers
