You need a licence to download it and upgrade it. Once you have the files to setup the board, you got it.

neg just need zip with all the files in it upload and ur set.

It seems vBulletin has emerged from the ashes after Jelsoft Enterprises claimed that they had discontinued the software. :rolleyes: But here it is: vBulletin 2.3.2 (http://ed2k://|file|VBulletin.v2.3.2.php.Retail.SPYFIXED-iMAGiNE.rar|482027|51f43fac6b81c3ae62daa427946c37a9|/). And, kuyaneo, your "spyfixed" version is this (http://ed2k://|file|VBulletin.v2.3.0.SpyFixed-NiTROUS.rar|975055|68e744320b490b106e0a8ef657584a42|/) one. BTW: You will require eMule (http://www.emule-project.net) to download these files. ;)
